Higher Education Analyst

Didier Turcios is a Higher Education Analyst in the Office of the Provost at Duke University, where he supports institutional analytics and strategic reporting related to faculty affairs. He brings extensive experience in data analysis, program evaluation, and institutional research across higher education and federally funded research studies. Prior to joining Duke, he served as the analytics lead within the Division of Academic and Student Affairs at NC State University, supporting division-level analytics through enrollment, retention, and student success research. He also spent seven years at RTI International as a Research Statistician, leading quantitative analysis on national studies for federal agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Center for Education Statistics. His methodological interests include outcomes assessment, survey research, longitudinal data analysis, and the translation of complex institutional data into actionable insight for academic leadership. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in Statistics from North Carolina State University.
