Senior Business Process Analyst

Amy Kostrewa is the Senior Business Process Analyst. In this role, she manages a range of engagement efforts to foster collaboration with academic and administrative units across the university. Amy also oversees the office’s data integrity and data sharing initiatives. Prior to joining the Provost’s Office in 2024, Amy served in several roles throughout Duke University in the Pratt School of Engineering, the Graduate School Admissions Office, and the School of Medicine Office of Biomedical Graduate Education. Amy’s background is in education; she has prior experience as a National Board Certified high school English and creative writing teacher and holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
